This charcuterie board is one-sided with a design layer on the top and maple veneer on the bottom. Rubber feet are included on the bottom to ensure stability and elegance while using the charcuterie board. The design layer is 1/16" - 1/8" thick and constructed using high-quality hardwoods. This charcuterie board contains a cross-laminated hardwood core to ensure maximum strength and longevity. This added feature prevents warping, splitting, and breaking, a common bane to wooden cutting boards. Add some color to your kitchen by incorporating this locally handcrafted charcuterie board!

SUSTAINABILITY:

In attempts to eliminate our waste, all of our cutting and charcuterie boards are made using woodshop scraps from our skateboard making. We also visit many local job sites where we collect hardwood scraps that we then create into cutting board cores. Milling these scraps into functional art creates a new life for lumber that would otherwise be discarded and allows us to utilize every piece of lumber at Sanford Shapes.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Hand wash only, with soap and warm water. Dry immediately, do not soak. Oil occasionally with food-grade mineral oil or fractioned coconut oil. When needed, sand with 400-600 grit sandpaper. Enjoy!
